Sirloin Tip Roast ~3.5 lbs

$27.00

Sirloin Tip Roasts come from the front of the rear leg. This position makes it quite tender, but not as marbled as the chuck roasts. These roasts do very well when braised or grilled. Create a marinate by combining dry seasonings with a little olive oil. Then, cook it in the oven or on the grill. If you do roast it in the oven, make sure to take a chance to sear the outside in a cast iron. Don’t forget that pink is your friend in beef.
